Varanasi head quartered Utkarsh Small Finance Bank filed revised DRHP with market regulator SEBI for IPO of 500 crore. The bank has now revised its IPO size to 500 crore from earlier plan of 1350 crore.
Utkarsh Bank has re-filed DRHP as its earlier IPO approval is coming to an end in a month’s time. The bank has earlier obtained approval for IPO which was valid for a year but did not came with the IPO within permitted timeline.
