Gujarat headquartered Inox Green Energy Services, which is a subsidiary of Inox Wind has launched its initial public offering (IPO) on November 11, 2022. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is one of the major wind power operation and maintenance (“O&M”) service providers in India. Details of the IPO are below :

Issue Period : 11th Nov – 15th Nov 2022

Price Band : Rs. 61 -65 per equity share

Issue Size : Rs. 740 Crore, 113,846,154 shares of face value of Rs. 10 each

Bid Size : Minimum 1 lot of 230 equity shares and in multiples of 230 share thereafter.

Thoothukudi (Tuticorin) based Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMC) is all set to launch its IPO on 5th September 2022. TMC was incorporated in the year 1921 and is a 101-year old bank with its strong presence in southern part of India.

TMC has been offering varied range of its financial products and banking services to their customers. The bank is well known for its product & services to Micro-Small- and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) apart from its retail banking services.

As on 31st March 2022, TMC has strong presence of 509 branches across the country of which majority are spread across Tamil Nadu state and rest are spread predominantly across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra &  Gujarat. The bank also claims to have a strong customer base of over 50 Lakhs.

  • During this IPO, 1.58 Crore equity shares are on offer for sale to raise nearly Rs. 831+ Crores.
  • TMC IPO is open between 5th Sep-7th Sep, 2022.
  • Price band for TMC IPO has been placed between Rs. 500-525 per equity share.

Surat based specialty chemical manufacturer, Aether Industries Ltd. has recently submitted its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI for going public with IPO. The company plans to raise around Rs. 1,000 Crore via the IPO process. Roughly 27.6 lakh equity shares will be available for sale and fresh issue of Rs. 757 Crore equity shares will be offered during the IPO. Aether Industries focuses on manufacturing of speciality chemicals for pharma, agri, oil & gas, electronic sectors. The company started its operations during year 2013. The company claims to be the fastest growing specialty chemical companies in India, growing at a CAGR of nearly 60% between Fiscal 2018 and Fiscal 2021. It has production capacity of over 6000 MT. Company achieved annual revenues of Rs. 4,500 million during 2021 and has over 700+ employees. Aether will take services of HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Capital as their book running lead managers to the bring in the IPO.
