ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund will debut it new fund offer ICICI Prudential Housing Opportunity Fund next week. The fund aims to provide long term wealth building opportunity to the investors by investing in equity & equity related instruments. As the name of the fund says it all, it will focus in the housing & housing related sector (housing finance-steel-power-banks-cement-paint-home appliances etc.) for encasing their growth opportunity. The fund looks bullish on revival of the housing sector in India, .Gist of the new fund offer is as below :
- NFO available – Between 28th March 2022 – 11th April 2022.
- Fund Type – Open-ended Equity Scheme.
- Minimum investment – Rs. 5,000/- .
- Minimum additional investment – Rs. 1,000/-
- Risk-o-meter – Very High
- Plans available – Choice of both Regular & Direct Plans.
- Options available – Growth & IDCW (Payout & Reinvestment)
- SIP – Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, SIP can be done for minimum 6 contributions and minimum contribution value of Rs. 100/- . Quarterly SIP can be done for minimum 4 contributions and minimum contribution value of Rs. 5,000/-
- Entry load – Nil
- Exit load – 1% of NAV if redeemed/switched within 1month from allotment. Nil if redeemed/switched after 1 month from allotment.
