Two wheeler giant Bajaj Auto has announced share buyback. The company intends to buyback over 54 Lakh shares at Rs. 4,600/- per share amounting to total buyback value of nearly Rs. 25,000/- Crore.
The 54 Lakh shares will be roughly 1.88% of the total share holding of the company. Presently the stock is trading at Rs. 3,862 at BSE at the closure of trading hour on 27th July 2022.
