UK got its new Prime Minister yesterday. Indian origin Rishi Sunak took oath as the new Prime Minister of the country. Rishi is presently an MP from Yorkshire, he has worked as the Finance Minister before this role under Boris Johnson’s leadership and has been a Chancellor before that. Rishi is only 42 years old and is one of the youngest British Prime Ministers. He holds degree from Oxford and MBA from Stanford University. Rishi is also popular among Indians as he follows Hinduism and is the son-in-law of entrepreneur & founder of Infosys Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy.
UK has seen a turmoil in their political circle as the country has seen Boris Johnson and Liz Truss resigning as Prime Ministers within the last two months. With Rishi Sunak coming in, the Britishers are optimistic of economic turnaround and revival of trade and business.
